The New 88.1 plays Plymouth and Canton's Hit Music, with special programs focused on classic rock, metal, soul and teen pop.

Local news and sports are covered in 88.1 FM’s Newsfile program, which airs at 5:30 p.m. Following Newsfile are various community affairs programs that rotate daily. Music news, newsmaker interviews and local sports are covered in these programs.

WSDP also airs live sports for Plymouth, Canton and Salem High School. Featured sports include baseball, football, basketball, softball, hockey and soccer.
